The Bloodbound Giveaway!

Book Giveaway

The Bloodbound by Erin Lindsey

Today, I’m very excited to tell you all about a new romantic fantasy series, The Bloodbound, and give away a copy :D.
The Bloodbound by Erin Lindsey

Of all those in the King of Alden’s retinue, the bloodbinders are the most prized. The magic they wield can forge invaluable weapons, ones that make soldiers like Lady Alix Black unerringly lethal. However, the bloodbinders’ powers can do so much more—and so much worse…
A cunning and impetuous scout, Alix only wishes to serve quietly on the edges of the action. But when the king is betrayed by his own brother and left to die at the hands of attacking Oridian forces, she winds up single-handedly saving her sovereign.

Suddenly, she is head of the king’s personal guard, an honor made all the more dubious by the king’s exile from his own court. Surrounded by enemies, Alix must help him reclaim his crown, all the while attempting to repel the relentless tide of invaders led by the Priest, most feared of Oridia’s lords.

But while Alix’s king commands her duty, both he and a fellow scout lay claim to her heart. And when the time comes, she may need to choose between the two men who need her most…

Doesn’t it sound awesome?? I won’t blame you if you run out to get a copy right away, but for those in the US (no PO boxes, sorry!), you have the chance to win a copy courtesy of Penguin :D. The winner will have 48 hours to respond to my email and I’ll be checking entries so please don’t cheat!

  1. This looks like a great fantasy book. Alix looks pretty fierce on the cover, I look forward to reading it in the future.

  2. Stephanie F. says:

I’m really intrigued by this new series. I love romantic fantasy but haven’t found a really good one in awhile, high hopes for this one.

  3. Not entering but I spread the word :)

  4. This sounds awesome! The romantic fantasy genre scares me, I’d probably be happier with epic, but it still could be really good!

    • Haha, I hear ya, though I read a romantic sci-fi earlier this year and actually loved it even though I really didn’t expect to!

  5. OOH! Sounds fun and interesting!! And I love the cover. So bad ass <3

    • I’m definitely a fan of that cover since she looks so strong instead of the annoying overly sexual fantasy covers we often see!

  6. This is a book that interest me quite a lot! really tempting ( unfortunately the publisher makes too many US giveaway only ç_ç)

    • I hope you get a chance to read it :D The reason that US publishers have that rule is that they don’t actually have the rights to distribute outside of the US since another publisher likely owns the rights in your country :(
