WWW Wednesday #13

Welcome to another WWW Wednesday, hosted by Should Be Reading! I have accepted that I will only get one book read a week now, but it’s still fun to talk about them! :D

What did you recently finish reading?

I was super pumped to find The Alloy of Law by Brandon Sanderson at the local library. I completely expected it to be reserved for infinite, but apparently the people of Lansing, MI don’t fan-girl over Sanderson as much as I do…. Their loss is my gain, because I finished it in a week and it was exactly what the doctor ordered for my research-fried brain!

What are you currently reading?

So someone *ahempreviously mentioned awesome office buddyahem* just had to show me her collection of Jim C. Hines’ princess books and I might be reading them as fast as humanly possible >.>. In addition to those, I’m reading x0 on my Kindle while I work out, trying to be productive and learn how to write and graduate with a PhD and make progress on review books! I’m going to go read now I think….

What do you think you’ll read next?

You mean after I finish the four books I’m currently reading, plus all the school stuff that I’m trying to be productive on? Ha, who knows?!

Remember to subscribe for weekly reviews of awesome books!

What are you reading past/present/future?

  1. School is always so annoying…getting in the way of precious reading time. Hopefully you’ll still have time for pleasure reading this semester.

    My WWW Wednesday is here.

    • Agreed! I think I’d go crazy if I didn’t find time here and there. I have insomnia what I get too stressed, so I try to always read fun stuff before going to bed to help my brain decompress, so that’s at least a half hour a day right? I can get… one… book read *gurgle* haha

  2. Good luck on that PhD! That’s something I wasn’t able to go through with because of the demands. At least you’ll be a hundred times smarter for all of that work.

Here’s my WWW Wednesday and Giveaway.

    • Thanks! Yeah, it’ll be interesting for the next several years, but my labmates rock and are also bookish folks, so that should help :D

  3. School has such an annoying tendency of cutting into reading time…
